This session brings the programme to life through conversation with researchers at different stages of their careers. Participants will hear directly from people working in academia about how they came to their current roles, what their work involves, and what they have found most rewarding and most challenging along the way. The aim is to give students a clearer and more personal sense of what academic careers can look like in practice.
